I have over 24 years finance, real estate, and management background experience that makes the buying and selling process a smooth transaction.  I was previously a Mortgage lender and certified in file underwriting prior to joining Coldwell Banker Real Estate Advisors.  This is helpful when going through the process for you and a buyer. For sellers, I am one of the top listing agents in our market!  My written marketing plan will give you a strong idea of what we are doing from the get to.  Let's talk about how I will market your property.
